This time I didn’t use my good old friend Hurom but old fashion hand blender, the frozen banana was bit resistant but not for long. Surprisingly good especially when you are like me heavy handed on maple syrup….
1 avocado (ripe, peeled and pit removed)
1 frozen small to medium banana (ripe and peeled)
1 orange (peeled and seeds removed)
½-1 hand full of spinach
1 cup almond milk
For a sweeter smoothie, use 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
